Architecting Outcomes. Performance Engineering.
The determinants of a company's trajectory - the patterns, the biases, the correlations between how it decides and how it performs - mostly operate out of sight, where no one is looking. Trajectory is set by these hidden forces long before they show up in the numbers. Sunlight is the discipline of bringing them into view: making visible what shaped the arc, so it can be shaped on purpose rather than suffered by default.
Seeing the hidden forces is not the point; acting on them is. Once the determinants are in the light, they can be decomposed into pattern, impact, and priority and converted into the decisions that redirect the trajectory. Exposure that changes nothing is decoration. Exposure that changes the arc is the work.
